HostBible: Domain Registration Agreement

Effective: September 14, 2025

This Domain Registration Agreement (“Agreement”) sets the terms for registering, renewing, transferring, and managing domain names through HostBible, Inc. (“HostBible”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By registering or managing a domain with us, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and ICANN’s policies.

1) Registrar Relationship

  • We act as a reseller for one or more accredited registrars.
  • All registrations are subject to the terms of the sponsoring registrar and applicable registry operator.
  • You are entering into a registration agreement with both HostBible and the sponsoring registrar.

2) Registration, Renewal & Transfer

  • Domain registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until confirmed.
  • You are responsible for timely renewals to prevent expiration and loss of domains.
  • We may enable auto-renewal where supported; you can disable it at any time.
  • Transfers may be restricted within 60 days of registration/transfer or while locked.

3) WHOIS / Contact Information Accuracy

ICANN requires accurate WHOIS contact information. You must provide and maintain accurate registrant, administrative, and technical contact details. Failure to respond to verification emails may cause suspension or cancellation.

4) Domain Suspension, Cancellation & Redemption

  • If payment fails or a chargeback occurs, we may suspend, cancel, or assume control of the domain.
  • Expired domains may enter a grace period or redemption period per registry rules and may incur fees to restore.
  • We are not responsible for loss of a domain due to your failure to renew or pay fees on time.

6) Use of Domains

Your use of any domain must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. Domains may not be used for phishing, spam, malware distribution, or other prohibited activities.

7) Privacy / WHOIS Redaction

Where available, you may enable WHOIS privacy/proxy services to protect your contact information. We may redact personal data in WHOIS to comply with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).

8) Termination

We may deny, suspend, or cancel any domain registration or transfer if required by law, ICANN, a registry, or if you breach this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or the AUP.

9) Fees & Refunds

All domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees are non-refundable once submitted to the registrar, even if a registration fails. Pricing is subject to change prospectively.

10) Liability & Indemnification

We are not liable for loss, suspension, or cancellation of a domain for reasons beyond our control. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold HostBible harmless from claims arising from your domain registrations or use.

11) Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Delaware.
