HostBible: Refund Policy
Effective: September 14, 2025
To provide consistently low prices and guaranteed capacity, HostBible, Inc. (“HostBible”, “we”, “us”) maintains a strict no-refunds policy. By placing an order or using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1) No Refunds for Prepaid Fees
- All fees are due in advance for the selected service term (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.).
- All fees are non-refundable once payment is processed, regardless of actual usage or cancellation date.
- There are no partial or prorated refunds for unused time, early cancellation, or service downgrades.
2) Capacity Reservation
When you place an order, we immediately reserve infrastructure capacity (compute, storage, licensing, and support resources) for your use. Because this allocation incurs fixed costs, fees cannot be refunded even if you stop using the service.
3) Exceptions
- Refunds will be issued only if required by applicable law or expressly stated in a specific promotional offer at time of purchase.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate service suspension and may incur recovery fees.
4) Domains, Licenses & Add-Ons
Domain registrations, SSL certificates, third-party licenses, and add-on services are never refundable once submitted to the upstream provider, regardless of activation status.
5) How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time through your control panel or by contacting support@hostbible.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.
6) Your Agreement
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept this strict no-refund policy, which enables us to maintain stable low pricing for all customers.
