SPF (Sender Policy Framework) tells receiving mail servers which servers are allowed to send email on behalf of your domain. DNS record changes typically propagate within minutes but can take up to 48 hours to fully propagate worldwide. A blacklist (also called a blocklist or DNSBL) is a database of IP addresses or domain names that have been flagged for sending spam or other unwanted traffic. Mail servers check these lists before accepting incoming messages.
